Enter Service mode : G1000, G2000, G3000, G4000 dst.

Matikan printer (lebih baik cabut juga kabel powernya).
Tekan dan tahan tombol Stop/Resume lalu
Tekan dan tahan tombol Power.
Lepaskan tombol Resume (tombol power masih ditekan dan ditahan)
Tekan dan lepas tombol Resume 5x setelah itu lepas semua tombol
Led Power (warna hijau) akan mulai berkedip, tunggu sampai Led Power menyala dan diam.
Pada Device & Printers, status Printer akan jadi offline dan akan muncul "New Device"/"Device"

Khusus Canon G1010, G2010, G3010, G4010 dan untuk seri ini dan seri lain jika tidak bisa masuk dengan di awali tombol segitiga stop/resume pada step 2-3 di balik, coba tekan tombol power dulu baru tekan tombol segitiga stop/resume selanjutnya silahkan ke step 4-5

Perlu di ketahui untuk reset printer ini hanya berfungsi untuk mereset counter kembali ke nol [000] karena error : 5B00 - 5B01 - 5B02 - 5B04 - 5B14 - 1701 -1702 - 1700, jadi reset tidak berfungsi untuk memperbaiki hasil print, apakah hasil putus-putus, hasil kurang bagus, tinta macet jadi tidak ada sangkutnya ke sana ya.

Pegalaman pribadi untuk setiap printer biasanya minta di reset setelah mencetak kurang lebih 6.000 sampai 6.400 lembar, jadi printer akan minta reset lagi.
